Great to meet you!

With 10+ years as an LCSW, I focus on trauma treatment so you can move forward and create a life you enjoy living with more regulated moods and empowerment of who you are!

My approach to therapy

I do my very best to express myself authentically and genuinely enjoy getting to know all my clients. As a therapist who is naturally inquisitive and open-minded, I make every effort to see through your lens and support you toward new pathways. If you are neurodivergent, I can be of added support with any sensory or social sensitivities you may need. I love a quiet space, softer lighting, and a slower pace so everyone feels safe and comfortable.

What you can expect from me

Often, my clients report feeling better after letting out their inner thoughts and feelings while supported and encouraged to be who they are without masking. My clients have let me know they feel empowered to speak up for themselves after sessions, that they sleep better after trauma processing work, and they feel more in control of their daily lives.
