Great to meet you!

Relationships shouldn’t feel confusing or exhausting, yet many do, especially when you keep seeing patterns you thought would change. I work with people who know something isn’t working but feel stuck, whether still in it or long out of it. Narcissistic or toxic dynamics don’t just impact the relationship, they disconnect you from your own reality.

My approach to therapy

My approach is direct and practical. I help you separate facts from the stories you’ve learned to tell yourself, recognize where you override your instincts, and make clear decisions, so you can move forward in a way that feels aligned. I’ve lived through much of what I now help others face—abuse, narcissism, toxic marriages, hostile divorces, raising kids in chaos, religious abuse, even addiction. I get it on a personal level, not just clinical. You don’t have to do this alone.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll take time to get to know what’s been weighing on you and what you’re hoping for. I create a space that is supportive, grounded, and free of judgment. Together, we’ll begin to sort through what’s happening, especially if you’re feeling confused or unsure in your relationships. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, a little more clear, and less alone in it.
