Great to meet you!

I am highly experienced counselor with 24 years of experience. My primary goal is to help clients regain mental wellness and stability through a comprehensive, personalized approach. While I maintains a robust general practice, my niche expertise lies in Integrated Nutrition for Mental Wellness, offering highly specialized modalities to a diverse clientele. The overarching mission is to help clients regain mental stability through a comprehensive, personalized approach.

My approach to therapy

My Key Modalities & Expertise is founded on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), complemented by specialized interventions: Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - Insomnia (CBT-I), Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT-E). CBT-E is considered one of the most effective treatments for eating disorders.

I just completed (March 2026) a certification in Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (REDs). REDs is when an athlete’s fuel intake is insufficient to cover their total energy expenditure (workouts & basic needs). REDS is known for affecting athletes however it is becoming more common in high-achieving active people. I have a certification in Advanced Nutritional & Integrative Medicine for Mental Health Professionals. This supports a whole-body approach where I guides clients on how nutrition, movement and sleep directly impact mental health. I am also trained & informed in Metabolic Psychiatry. Lastly I am trained in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP): (2024) and partnered with Journey Clinical to offer this integrated treatment.

What you can expect from me

I continues to expand my knowledge with ongoing education in sleep, exercise for mental health & Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) among other relevant topics. By integrating these diverse approaches, I help clients regain mental wellness through personalized assessments, wellness counseling, and targeted interventions. I also specializing in community risk reduction, particularly focused on supporting the well-being of first responders, nurses, active duty military personnel & their families. This is a crucial area given the significant stress & trauma these individuals and their families may face.
