Great to meet you!

I am a LPC in both Missouri and Oregon and want to welcome and congratulate you on starting your counseling journey! I have based my practice on working with adults who struggle with Anxiety, OCD, Trauma and Substance Use struggles. I also love working with individuals who are working through life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, such as, EMDR, CBT, Inference-Based CBT (for OCD); Exposure Response Prevention Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy, and tailoring them to meet your needs. Whether you are struggling with OCD, managing anxiety, processing trauma, or navigating significant life changes, I am here to support you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

I typically see individuals 45-60 minute sessions per week or bi-weekly. The first session is made for us to get to know each other and identify what your goals are for therapy.
