Great to meet you!

Beginning therapy is not just any decision, it’s a courageous invitation to meet yourself with curiosity and compassion. I work with individuals who are in the midst of change: navigating transitions, anxiety, depression, or the uncertainty of postpartum mood disorders. These experiences don’t define you, but they shape the way you love, live, and relate to others and to yourself. My approach is collaborative. In our sessions, we will explore the questions that matter to you at a pace that honors your voice, your readiness, and your values.

My approach to therapy

I draw from Internal Family Systems and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I find that these approaches invite us to listen more deeply to the many parts of ourselves, rather than silence or fix them. We all carry within us a complex internal family system of parts that protect, parts that ache, parts that carry our true self-energy. IFS helps us get to know these inner voices not as flaws, but as messengers, each with its own story, its own reason for being. ACT complements this by helping you stay present while anchoring to the values that matter most to you.

What you can expect from me

What matters most to me is that you feel seen, safe, and supported. I show up with curiosity, not judgment, because I believe that all behavior makes sense when we understand the story behind it. In our work together, I’ll listen closely, reflect, and sit with you through the hard stuff without rushing to fix it. You won’t have to go through your challenges alone because I’ll be right there beside you, helping you make sense of your experiences, one part at a time.
