Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from Louisiana State University.

My work centers on creating a space where women feel deeply supported, understood, and empowered—while remaining inclusive and welcoming to all. I offer a compassionate, collaborative environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at a pace that feels right for you.

I specialize in working with women navigating life transitions, perinatal mental health, peri- and post-menopause, caregiver stress, anxiety, depression, relationship shifts, and PTSD. I support clients from young adulthood through later life and am honored to walk alongside you as you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, client-centered, and collaborative. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, EMDR and mindfulness to help clients build resilience, gain insight, and move toward meaningful change. I tailor each session to the individual’s needs, drawing on a holistic perspective that honors the connection between mind, body, and environment.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave therapy with greater self-awareness, improved coping skills, and a stronger sense of confidence in navigating life’s challenges. They gain practical tools to manage stress, regulate emotions, and build healthier relationships. Many find clarity in their goals, a renewed sense of purpose, and the ability to move forward with resilience and intention. Therapy can also offer a deeper understanding of patterns that no longer serve them and empower them to make lasting, meaningful change.
