Great to meet you!

With over 20 years experience, my path to counseling was unique. I started my career as a professional harpist and was brought into the providing music therapy in hospital settings. I found my calling and became a professional counselor. I have worked in mental health and addictions treatment outpatient counseling, providing care to individuals, couples, and families in-office and over telehealth, with college students as a campus counselor, created parenting classes and workshops to support and empower individuals to practice self-care and create healthier home and work places.

My approach to therapy

I use a non-judgmental strengths based approach with tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and client centered practices to use a holistic approach for person to gain the skills to uplift themselves and find their healing as they define it.
