Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified Brainspotting therapist with a Masters in Social Work from The Ohio State University. My clinical background includes work in community mental health settings, with incarcerated individuals, and in private practice.

I work with people navigating life transitions, relationship and family issues, codependency, trauma & PTSD (including complex and developmental), and the challenging work of reclaiming yourself. My clients are often intelligent, insightful, and exhausted - people who’ve spent years holding it together for everyone else and are finally ready to focus on themselves.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is honest, collaborative, and grounded in warmth and connection. I bring an eclectic, relational approach that includes brain-body work (like Brainspotting) and practical interventions to help you process what you’ve been through, connect with your inner knowing, and build more intentional ways of living and relating.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, we’ll spend time understanding your story, building trust, and creating a supportive space for honest exploration. We’ll also talk about your therapy goals and what you can expect in our work together.
