Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed counselor who has spent years supporting adults managing chronic health conditions, first at a pain clinic and now in a senior living community. I’ve seen firsthand how physical health, aging, and grief can affect our emotional well-being. If a diagnosis, loss, or anxiety has shaken your footing, I’d love to help you find it again.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, PTSD, or the emotional weight of a chronic illness or diabetes diagnosis. Drawing on cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy, I help clients examine the thoughts driving their stress and make room for what they’ve been avoiding, without judgment. My sessions are collaborative and practical. You’ll leave with concrete tools and a clearer sense of how to manage symptoms that may flare up around physical health, aging, or major life transitions.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation and a time for me to gather information. I’ll ask about what brought you in, whether that’s a new diagnosis, a loss, or anxiety that won’t let up, and what your day-to-day actually looks like. From there, we’ll build a plan together that fits your pace.

I see clients entirely by telehealth, so you can meet with me from home and on your schedule. Most clients leave the sessions feeling steadier, "lighter", and less alone with what they’re carrying.
