Great to meet you!

Have you ever thought, “I have all this trauma. I should have been in therapy a long time ago.” Partner with a therapist who has worked in an acute hospital setting, community care, with active duty military and veterans. With a decade of experience and as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, we can build a therapeutic relationship by using CBT, DBT and EMDR to learn skills and practice techniques to get you moving forward again. PLEASE CONTACT ME DIRECTLY to avoid scheduling conflicts.

My approach to therapy

While there are moments of supportive therapy, I often remind clients, the goal of therapy is to learn new skills, apply them to their lives and learn to move forward. Teaching clients to approach life from a therapeutic lens is imperative to having an authentic lifestyle.

What you can expect from me

Collaborating with clients to uncover their unspoken desires and realign their aspirations with their life is the ongoing goal. I strive to create sessions that are based on the clients needs while keeping in mind the goals that clients have expressed they would like to accomplish.
