My name is Jodi East. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC. I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree is in Guidance and Counseling. I provide individual, family and couples counseling. I work with both children and adults.
I am a trained EMDR therapist and work with clients struggling with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and addiction issues. My approach to counseling is client-centered, solution-focused, strength-focused and systemic.
I am committed to creating a safe and supportive space in which clients can explore their inner thoughts, emotions and behaviors to identify their strengths, and devise strategies to overcome obstacles.
I believe that with the right guidance and a nurturing environment, individuals can tap into their inner resilience and capacity for change. It's an honor to accompany my clients on their personal journeys of self-discovery, growth, and healing.
