Great to meet you!

I help people overcome harmful patterns and find the freedom that come from authentic values-centered living.

I've been doing this work for over 10 years and also work with Doctors Without Borders. I graduated from Colorado State University in 2008 with a Masters in Social Work. My undergraduate degree is in Anthropology from the University of Georgia.

Outside of work, find me knitting, reading, running, studying French, or taking care of animals.

My approach to therapy

This human life comes in so many shades, varieties, and melodies. I want to know what is important to you and what your goals are. What does freedom look like to you?

Using science, education, skill-building, and EMDR we get to the heart of what is holding you back. And then, you decide what is best for you. I will guide you through this process with gentleness, curiosity, empathy, compassion, and hope.
