Great to meet you!

Jodie Frombach, MA, LMHC, LMFT, earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology in 2002 in the Seattle area. She is licensed as a mental health counselor and marriage and family therapist in both Washington and Idaho. With experience serving a diverse range of clients across outpatient, inpatient, school-based, and in-home settings, Jodie brings a broad and compassionate perspective to her work.

Today, Jodie specializes in working with adult women through Telehealth, providing support for anxiety, stress management, relationship challenges, women’s issues, life transitions, and trauma. Her approach is warm, practical, and individualized, creating a supportive space where women can feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges.

My approach to therapy

Jodie is skilled in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a structured, goal-oriented approach that focuses on understanding the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. CBT helps clients identify unhelpful patterns, develop healthier ways of thinking and responding, and build practical skills for managing life’s challenges. It is a well-established, evidence-based approach that is effective in treating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, stress, depression, and relationship difficulties.
