Great to meet you!

Are anxiety, depression, stress, or life changes leaving you feeling overwhelmed? You do not have to navigate them alone. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and retired School Adjustment Counselor with extensive experience supporting children, women, families, and communities. I also bring experience from addiction recovery settings and a deep commitment to emotional wellness.

My approach to therapy

You can expect therapy that meets you where you are and builds on your strengths. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Positive Psychology, and Art Therapy to support healing and growth. Together, we can explore trauma, family concerns, women's issues, anxiety, depression, stress, and patterns that may be holding you back.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to feel heard, understood, and comfortable without judgment. I will listen to what brings you to therapy, learn about your experiences and goals, and begin identifying practical ways to support you. You will have space to share at your own pace as we create a personalized path toward greater confidence, resilience, and emotional well being.
