I have provided counseling and therapy services to families, children, adolescents, and adults for over twenty years. I have my BA in Psychology (1998) from North Park Univeristy in Chicago, a MA is Clinical Social Work (2002) from the University of Chicago, and a JD (2010) from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law.

My approach to therapy

I offer in person or video sessions. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and EMDR.
