Great to meet you!

Many of the clients I work with come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or weighed down by experiences they’ve carried for far too long. They may struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship patterns rooted in early attachment wounds, or the lingering impact of trauma. Others are navigating life transitions, loss, or changes in identity that leave them uncertain about their next steps. At the core, most are seeking relief, clarity, and a stronger sense of themselves. They want to feel more regulated, more confident, and more capable of moving through daily life without being held back by old patterns or emotional pain.

My approach to therapy

My role is to help create the conditions for that kind of healing. With expertise in attachment and trauma, I use a combination of EMDR, mindfulness-based strategies, and evidence-based therapies like DBT and CBT to support emotional regulation, symptom reduction, and deeper understanding of how past experiences influence present functioning.

What you can expect from me

I believe healing happens when people feel safe, seen, and empowered. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for something to change, you don’t have to navigate that alone. When you’re ready, I’m here to help you move toward the life you want.
