Great to meet you!

My ideal patient is done performing for others. They’re tired of being quiet, agreeable, polite—and ended up invisible, dismissed, and carrying everyone else’s weight while their own wounds deepened. They may face trauma, depression, addiction, or identity struggles, but underneath it all, they’re exhausted by silence and shame.

What they want isn’t complicated: Freedom. Freedom from lies about who they are. Freedom from survival strategies that once saved them but now destroy them. Freedom to live loud, reclaim joy, build real relationships, and finally believe that healing belongs to them.

I tell the truth. I cut through lies—colonial, cultural, and personal—that keep people stuck. We work at the intersections of trauma, addiction, race, culture, and LGBTQ+ identity, guiding clients to unlearn survival patterns, confront generational wounds, and reclaim joy. I don’t fix—I witness, challenge, and walk with you until you stand in your power.

If you’re reading this, you’ve already carried more than your share—and you don’t need to carry it alone anymore. We know the weight of survival, the silence it demands, and the toll it takes. We also know healing is possible. With us, you’ll have space to be seen, heard, and challenged. If you’re ready to reclaim your life, I am ready to walk beside you.

My approach to therapy

I am a cognitive behavioral therapist. I don't focus on emotions as the priority, I focus on your thoughts. Feelings are real but they aren' always true. If you believe a lie then your feelings will align with the lie. They are real feelings but they are not true as they are based on a lie.

What you can expect from me

Patients can expect to take away thought-provoking notions and ideas around boundaries and the impact of lack of boundaries has left them with a less than desirable quality of life.
