With over 10 years of experience, I use evidence-based tools from CBT while remaining flexible and attuned to your individual needs. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which is an eye movement therapy that is brief and focused on fast resolution. I focus on helping you understand patterns without judgment and develop strategies that feel realistic and supportive. Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and paced to help you feel safe, understood, and empowered.
