Great to meet you!

I’m a retired United States Air Force veteran who has always been driven by a desire to serve others. My time in the military taught me discipline, resilience, and how to stay grounded in difficult moments, but more importantly, it reinforced the value of showing up for people when they need it most. That mindset continues to guide both my personal life and my work today.

My approach to therapy

After leaving the service, I transitioned into the healthcare field, where I found a deeper calling in supporting individuals through mental health and substance use challenges. I’m especially drawn to psychiatric care because it allows me to connect with people on a human level—listening, understanding, and helping them navigate some of the hardest chapters of their lives. Providing care, in my view, isn’t just about treatment—it’s about building trust, offering stability, and meeting people with compassion and respect.

What you can expect from me

Prospective clients can expect their first session with me to feel grounded, respectful, and centered entirely on them. I understand that reaching out for support—especially for mental health or substance use concerns—can come with hesitation or uncertainty. My priority is to create a space where clients feel safe, heard, and not judged from the very beginning.
