Now Accepting New Clients! I have over 16 years of experience as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I Specialize in working with Adults, teens, and tweens treating Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Depression Grief and Loss Issues, Addictions / Dual-Diagnosis and Anger Management difficulties. I make it a priority to attempt to schedule new clients within about a week's time once a request for services has been made.

I specialize in using Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), as well as Motivational Interviewing (MI).

I aim to empower my clients to develop the ability to reframe and change their thinking to aid in increasing emotional wellness, as well as reducing/eliminating maladaptive, self-defeating behaviors.
