I'm known among clients as warm, friendly and down to earth. I work from an empathetic and nonjudgmental perspective and when appropriate blend humor into sessions when possible.

I specialize in working with, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety, ADHD and impulse control disorders.

I use Dialectical and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with aspects of mindfulness to help you reduce anxiety and frustration and live a life in line with your values.

I am a DBT Trained therapist as well a Certified Digital Health and Wellness Professional who enjoys helping clients develop a healthier relationship with their technology to reduce stress and anxiety and to better manage their time.
