I provide clinical mental health counseling to help individuals manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stressors. My approach focuses on symptom reduction and improving daily functioning, while also supporting clients in building independence and working toward meaningful life and vocational goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach may consist of utilizing Trauma-Focused, Therapy Motivational Interviewing Techniques, Solution- Solution-focused therapy, and possibly a Strength-Based approach.

Each session focuses on assisting you in gaining a better understanding of your emotions and where they are coming from. We will learn and practice using new, healthier methods of coping, and making positive, healthy changes in behaviors or routines.
