Great to meet you!

I take a holistic approach to counseling. That means I pay attention to what’s happening in your life on the outside, as well as what you’re feeling and thinking on the inside, and how these two “worlds” impact one other. My undergraduate psychology degree focused on the mechanics of how the brain and mind work, while my master’s degree in social work emphasized how a person’s environment and relationships can impact their well-being

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered and exploratory. I draw on techniques from several approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions—depending on what best fits your needs, preferences, and goals.

What you can expect from me

We’ll work together to understand what’s going on for you and what you’d like to change.
