Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, stress, and life transitions. Just as therapy helped me during pivotal moments in my life, I want to help my clients find the same support, healing, and personal growth that therapy gave me. My approach is trauma-informed and draws from evidence-based practices including CBT, attachment-based therapy, and solution-focused therapy. My goal is to help clients feel heard, better understand their patterns and experiences, and achieve their goals for healing, and connecting with themselves and others.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. While clients are the experts on their own lives, they do not have to navigate challenges alone. I bring clinical knowledge, perspective, and guidance to help clients better understand their experiences, work through difficult emotions, and move toward meaningful change. I work from a trauma-informed and relationship-focused lens, and clients can think of me as a guide alongside them in the therapy process, helping support and navigate the path toward the healing and growth they want for themselves.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to be a supportive and collaborative space focused on getting to know one another and beginning to build a strong foundation for therapy. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, your experiences and concerns, and the goals you hope to achieve through the process. My goal is to help clients feel comfortable, heard, and confident that they do not have to navigate challenges alone. Together, we will begin identifying meaningful goals for therapy and creating a path toward the healing, growth, and support you are seeking in a way that feels natural, manageable, and personalized to your needs. I feel honored to be a part of my clients’ healing journeys and look forward to supporting them throughout the therapy process.
