Great to meet you!

I played college football. When the game ended, the real challenge began.

Losing the structure, identity, and drive that came with being an athlete hit hard, and nobody was talking about it. I know what it's like to feel directionless, angry, or anxious trying to figure out the next chapter.

I help men and high performers face identity shifts head-on, without softening who they are.

My approach to therapy

First session is about getting clear: where you're at, where you're stuck, and what actually works.

Whether you're dealing with burnout, transitions, emotional flatness, or loss of identity, we’ll cut through the noise and start rebuilding your foundation. No matter what hat you might be wearing at this point in life, we can remind you who you are and where you are trying to get to.

I use a blend of cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment, and personalized strategies to help you develop effective coping skills, build resilience, and rediscover purpose in your life.

What you can expect from me

Life changes, whether they involve career shifts, relationship changes, or personal growth, can be tough and bring about feelings of stress and uncertainty. I’m here to help you navigate these transitions with clarity and confidence. Let's get straight to it.
