Great to meet you!

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over five years of experience and fifteen years in medical field, I am honored to support individuals on their journey toward improved mental health and overall well-being. I strive to create a compassionate, supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered to actively participate in their care.

I believe meaningful treatment begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and open communication. Through a personalized and collaborative approach, I work with each patient to develop treatment plans that align with their unique needs, goals, and values while promoting long-term wellness.

Outside of my professional practice, I enjoy staying active, exploring nutrition and organic foods, listening to music, traveling, and spending meaningful time with family and friends.

My approach to therapy

I believe that outstanding psychiatric care extends beyond prescribing medication—it begins with understanding the person behind the diagnosis. My approach combines compassionate listening, comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, evidence-based treatment, and collaborative decision-making to help patients regain balance, build resilience, and thrive. I am committed to creating a safe, judgment-free environment where individuals feel valued, empowered, and supported as they work toward achieving their personal and mental health goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where you can openly share your concerns.

Together, we will discuss your current stressors, symptoms, medical and personal history, previous treatments, and your goals for care. I will take the time to listen carefully, understand your unique experiences, and together develop a personalized, evidence-based treatment plan tailored to your needs. This may include medication management, supportive therapeutic interventions, lifestyle recommendations, and referrals when appropriate.

My goal is for you to leave your first appointment feeling heard, respected, informed, and empowered. Mental health care is a collaborative partnership, and I am committed to supporting you every step of your journey toward healing, resilience, and lasting wellness.
