Great to meet you!

With over 15 years of specialized experience in mental health counseling and therapy, I help individuals move through life’s most difficult seasons toward lasting clarity, resilience, and growth. In our work together, you will find a warm, confidential space free of judgment—where you are truly heard, valued, and accepted exactly as you are. We will carefully explore what matters most to you, uncover practical solutions that fit your life, and open the door to new possibilities you may not yet see. My role is to walk alongside you as a trusted partner, supporting your journey toward greater well-being and the fullest expression of who you can become. I would be honored to meet you and begin this meaningful work together.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy begins by carefully exploring the world as you currently experience it—honoring your unique perspective while gently highlighting your existing strengths and the areas where growth can bring greater freedom and ease. From this foundation of understanding and collaboration, I draw on proven, evidence-based methods tailored to your needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Together we will work toward practical, lasting change that feels authentic to you. I am committed to creating a supportive space where you feel safe, respected, and empowered to move forward.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a warm, receptive, and affirming space where you are invited to share who you are at your own pace. We will take the time to explore what brings you to therapy, clarify your hopes and expectations, and begin shaping goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you. This initial conversation is designed to help you feel heard, understood, and confident that we are moving forward together in a way that truly supports your needs.
