Great to meet you!

Choosing a therapist or coach can be challenging, so thank you for reaching out! I’ve provided professional counseling to individuals, couples, and families for over 15 years — helping people navigate relationship struggles, anxiety and trauma, grief and loss, anger and impulsivity, ADHD, parenting challenges, and more. In addition to general mental health care, I specialize in working with adults facing relationship concerns, anxiety, acute and complex trauma, men’s issues, helping professionals, and identity questions around cultural and spiritual belonging, gender, and sexual orientation.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational and client-centered, rooted in a holistic view of health and wellness. My aim is to bring both clinical skill and genuine presence to every session. While I’m trained a numerous modalities, I believe you are the expert of your own experience. The strengths you carry are truest resources for the work ahead.

What you can expect from me

The first couple of sessions are about getting to know each other, clarifying your concerns and goals, and building a plan that you feel good about. From there, each session becomes a space to feel safe, seen, and supported while engaging in experiences of discovery, healing, and growth. Together, we’ll identify what you want to focus on in each session and choose approaches that fit your preferences, always moving at a pace that works for you.
