Great to meet you!

Choosing a therapist can be challenging, so thank you for reaching out! I’ve provided professional counseling to individuals, couples, and families for over 15 years — helping people navigate relationship struggles, anxiety and trauma, grief and loss, anger and impulsivity, ADHD, parenting challenges, and more. In addition to general mental health care, I specialize in working with adults and couples addressing relational concerns, anxiety, trauma, men’s issues, helping professionals, cultural and spiritual identity, and gender / sexuality.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, client-centered, and grounded in a holistic view of health and wellness. My aim is to bring both clinical skill and authentic personal presence into every session. While I’m trained in numerous modalities, I recognize that clients are the expert of their own experience; and the strengths you carry are the truest resources for the work ahead.

What you can expect from me

The first couple of sessions are about getting to know each other and clarifying your concerns, goals, and a way forward. From there, each session becomes a space to engage in experiences of discovery, healing, and growth while feeling safe, seen, and supported. We’ll collaborate to choose what you want to focus on in each session and use the approaches that fit you best, always moving at a pace that works for you.
