Great to meet you!

Whether you’re feeling stuck or simply want space to reflect, I am here to help you reclaim your time, energy, and peace. Therapy with me isn’t about forcing you into a mold. It’s about exploring patterns, honoring your unique wiring, and finding ways of living that align with your values.

My approach to therapy

Your motivation for seeking therapy is my primary focus. I will assess your unique needs and wiring to create an individualized approach. My integrative and relational style draws from relational-cultural and psychodynamic theories, feminist and multicultural movements, humanistic psychology, and neurobiology.

What you can expect from me

Our first meeting will be an invitation. We’ll talk about what brings you here, your history, and your hopes. You can share as much (or as little) as feels safe. I’ll answer your questions and we’ll decide together how to move forward at your pace.
