John Webb

I am a licensed nurse practitioner certified in Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Medicine across the lifespan. I specialize in pharmacologic management of mood, anxiety, sleep, attention-deficit, autism, and behavioral disorders. My passion is treating children and adolescents, but also have an affinity for adults (18+years). I have experience treating individuals with severe mental illness/psychotic disorders as well as individuals with developmental delays or intellectual disabilities.

My style is warm, patient, empathic, and supportive. I believe I am able to develop rapport quickly with children and adults both of whom report feeling safe and at ease in my presence. Respect, positive regard, and unconditional acceptance guide my interactions with patients and their families. I work collaboratively with patients and their families helping them to find solutions to presenting concerns.

My practice is telehealth exclusively which allows me to service a number of individuals across NC. I hope to create a safe atmosphere in which patients feel respected and supported. Our mission together is to identify urgent concerns or diagnoses; establish goals; and facilitate pharmacologic management of symptoms with regular follow up. Counseling and behavior management are elements of treatment focused on better emotional and psychological health and well being.
