Great to meet you!

You have been wanting to find relief, direction, or purpose but asking for help to achieve that seems difficult and the thought of talking to someone seems like a burdensome task. I understand.

I have worked with adults for 20 years and I have developed a strong grasp of the challenges that come along with trauma recognition and recovery, anger management, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and men's wellness.

It is my pleasure to help you to find your strengths and live your best life.

My approach to therapy

I appreciate a down-to-Earth approach. I am client-focused and strengths-based. It is my craft to listen to you and attempt to understand you as you do.

We will go at your speed and in your direction, though I will interject important challenges to help guide you to making the improvements you desire.

It is important to me that you believe that I understand you. I will ensure that you are feeling that way at every step. You have your answers. I will help you find them.

What you can expect from me

We will focus on your strengths and develop a feasible strategy to get you to a place where you find sustainable joy, peace, and contentment.

You will find an increase in your self-confidence and a rise in positive energy, which will allow you to maintain a solid life foundation.

When we work together to discover what you are hoping to achieve, this may include working toward a resolution of past traumas or challenging hurtful or unhelpful beliefs.
