Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University. My work is grounded in compassion, connection, and creating a space where clients feel safe, supported, and truly heard.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked for several years as a Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Advocate, supporting survivors through some of the most difficult moments of their lives. I also have experience as an Emergency Services Clinician, providing crisis intervention and emotional support to individuals and families during times of acute stress and uncertainty.
I have had the privilege of working with individuals ages 5 to 90 in a variety of settings, experiences that have deepened my understanding of the many ways people cope, heal, grow, and navigate life’s challenges. These experiences continue to shape my approach to therapy and reinforce my belief that every person deserves care that is respectful, collaborative, and tailored to their unique story.
My approach is warm, supportive, and trauma-informed. I strive to help clients feel empowered in their healing process while building greater self-understanding, resilience, and connection in their lives and relationships.
