Great to meet you!

I am a licensed neuropsychologist who holds the perspective that everyone has a vibration that needs to be heard and understood. With that as a central principle, I invite you to explore your right to be well through the process of being heard. While various forms of psychological assessment have been a large part of my practice for more than 20 years, I have found that my experience in this area has been useful in helping provide practical solutions to problems as well as insights. In this way, I make use of various treatment approaches to foster a sense of acceptance, validation, and clarity.

My approach to therapy

I work with you to validate your experience; which means to explore and discover how your emotions, moods, and actions make sense within the context of your unique experiences. Once we uncover how the moods and behaviors make sense, I will work with you to determine which experiences and outcomes are desirable and then develop strategies to replace undesirable outcomes.

What you can expect from me

The first session will involve an exploration of what you would like to achieve during treatment. You will have the opportunity to share your story, your interests, concerns, and the outcomes that you would like to see. Even if you’re unsure of what you want from treatment, this will be an opportunity to learn what is possible through treatment and the various options available to you.
