Great to meet you!

I am compassionate, down-to-earth, and genuinely invested in helping clients feel heard and understood. I value honesty, trust, and meaningful connection in the therapeutic relationship. My goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and confident as you work toward healing and balance.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is supportive, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe in meeting you where you are and creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can openly share your thoughts and experiences. Together, we focus on building insight, coping skills, and emotional strength at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I support single parents, sexual abuse survivors, work-related burnout, and caregiver burnout. Through a trauma-informed approach, I help clients process overwhelming experiences, rebuild confidence, and develop practical tools to manage stress, boundaries, and emotional exhaustion. For clients who desire it, I can incorporate Christian perspectives.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brought you to therapy. You can expect a relaxed conversation where there is no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. We’ll talk about your goals and begin creating a plan that supports your needs.
