Great to meet you!

If life feels heavy, overwhelming, or uncertain right now, you are not alone. Many people reach a point where they know something needs to change but simply aren’t sure where to begin. My ideal client is someone who wants things to get better, even if they don't know "how" yet.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) serving clients throughout New Mexico. I offer a space that is genuine, real, and easy to open up to. I don't believe in a stiff, "clinical" atmosphere; I believe in a supportive partnership where you can be yourself.

My approach to therapy

I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families who are navigating anxiety, high stress, or difficult relationship patterns.

My approach is grounded in practical solutions. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) tools, we will move beyond just "talking" about problems and focus on concrete strategies to help you manage them.

Together, we’ll take things one step at a time so you can feel lighter, calmer, and more in control of your life again. Whether you are ready to dive in or just curious about what support looks like, I’m here to help.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a safe place to land where you can finally be yourself without judgment. In our first session, we will take a breath and simply get to know each other. You don't have to share everything right away.

My goal is to listen to your story and help you identify where you want to go. By the end of our first meeting, we will have a clear, steady plan to help you find your footing and build lasting confidence.
