I am a LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) stranger and counseling for me is all about the relationship between the client or clients and counselor. The relationship must include respecting the client and creating bond that is meaningful and impactful.

I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University. I have worked in the mental health field for over 15 years, and I spent the last five years working as a professional counselor with children, adolescents, young adults, middle aged adults, older adults, couples and families on a variety of mental health issues (anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, grief, social anxiety, eating disorders, and career counseling).

I specialize in telehealth counseling, and I use an integrative therapeutic approach that incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, positive psychology, person-centered and mindfulness.
