Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-C) with over 15 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. I hold a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Temple University and a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of settings, including the Baltimore City Health Department, Department of Juvenile Services, University of Maryland Medical Center, and the Department of Social Services. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the complex issues that impact mental health and well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. My approach is client-centered and tailored to your unique needs, incorporating evidence-based techniques to help you develop effective coping strategies, build resilience, and gain deeper self-awareness.

I work with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including:

• Anxiety

• Depression

• Trauma and PTSD

• Relationship struggles

• Life transitions and personal growth

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of the next steps, I’m here to help. Together, we can work toward healing, clarity, and a greater sense of well-being.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where your thoughts and feelings are valued. My goal is to help you gain insight into your challenges, develop effective coping strategies, and build resilience.

Through our work together, you may:

• Develop healthier ways to manage anxiety and stress

• Gain clarity and confidence in navigating life’s transitions

• Work through past trauma in a safe and supportive environment

• Strengthen your relationships and improve communication skills

• Cultivate self-awareness and a greater sense of personal empowerment

Therapy is a collaborative process, and I tailor each session to meet your individual needs. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or seeking personal growth, we’ll work together to create meaningful and lasting change.
