Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), licensed in both Oregon and Pennsylvania, and I practice telehealth only. I treat each of you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis, and I often work with people who are burnt out on therapy or aren't sure if talking will even help.

My approach to therapy

Trauma and hardship can rob you of your full capacity to act, feel, think, and speak — helping you find your voice again is one of my jobs as your therapist. That voice looks different for everyone. I believe even the most surface-level symptoms are often signs of deeper issues, and I strive to create a safe space to explore both. To me, success in therapy means moving toward more wholeness and growing into the best version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I'll take time to get to know you and what's bringing you to therapy right now. We'll talk through your history, what you're hoping to get out of our work together, and any questions or concerns you have about the process. There's no pressure to have everything figured out — we'll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
