Hi! I’m Jonathan...Sex and relationship therapist passionate about helping people navigate life’s complexities. I specialize in working with adults facing challenges related to life transitions, parenting, fatherhood, spousal relationships, non-monogamy, polyamory, sexuality, intimacy, and deconstructing toxic masculinity. I also treat out of control sexual behaviors including porn addiction. I work with a diverse range of clients, including men seeking to redefine a more conscious masculinity, people exploring connection and communication, and individuals uncovering deeper truths about their identity and desires. My approach centers on creating a safe and affirming space where growth, vulnerability, and healing can unfold at your pace. I believe that when safety is established, bravery follows, allowing for meaningful self-exploration and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I utilize an integrated and holistic approach to psychotherapy. I borrow from various modalities (Attachment, Cognitive Behavioral, Somatic, and Mindfulness-Based) and work through a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive lens. I am trained in EMDR. I am a native of Lima, Peru, and fluent in English/Spanish.

Therapy is a valuable form of self-care and I can aid in strengthening your self-care goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with me feeling seen, supported, and empowered. Together, we’ll explore the unique challenges you’re facing, whether that’s navigating a life transition, deepening intimacy in your relationship, unpacking gender roles, or exploring your identity. My goal is to help you develop greater self-awareness, improve communication, and build healthier relationships with yourself and others. Clients often tell me they appreciate the nonjudgmental, affirming space I create, one that encourages honest reflection and fosters real, lasting change. Ultimately, you can expect to gain clarity, confidence, and practical tools to live more authentically and intentionally.
