My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to truly meet you where you are and walk alongside you throughout your healing journey. I believe therapy should be a safe and supportive space where you feel understood, valued, and empowered to grow. I specialize in working with trauma, marriage and relationship concerns, addiction, depression, anxiety, and OCD, and I utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) as part of my approach to treatment when appropriate.

What you can expect from me

During our first session together, you can expect to be warmly welcomed and, most importantly, to feel heard. Everyone’s journey is unique, and no two people experience life’s challenges in exactly the same way. I am open to hearing about your goals for healing and growth and learning how you would like me to walk alongside you as you work toward those goals. Together, we can create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout your journey.
