Great to meet you!

Healing from trauma often means carrying experiences that were never fully seen or supported. If you grew up needing to adapt, stay vigilant, or hold things together on your own, therapy can be a place where you finally don’t have to do that anymore. I offer a genuine counseling experience for adults working through childhood trauma who are seeking a therapeutic relationship that feels both safe and appropriately challenging. Together, we’ll move at a pace that respects your nervous system while building the trust and consistency needed for lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates psychodynamic work—helping us understand how past experiences continue to shape your inner world—with Gestalt techniques that keep our focus grounded in the here and now. This allows insight to emerge while also creating real-time experiences of support, choice, and agency within the therapeutic relationship.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is dedicated to building this essential foundation. My goal is to establish a safe and trusting space where you can feel comfortable as we begin exploring the specific concerns that brought you to counseling. As we gain a deeper understanding of your current situation, we will work together to identify clear, attainable goals, creating a collaborative and meaningful starting point for your journey forward.
