Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over five years of experience in inpatient behavioral health, where I worked closely with individuals navigating acute and complex mental health and substance use challenges.

During that time, I had the opportunity to train alongside and learn from highly experienced psychiatrists and clinicians, which strongly shaped my clinical approach. That foundation continues to guide how I practice today – thoughtfully, carefully, and with a strong emphasis on getting treatment right.

I now work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and substance or alcohol use concerns, as well as other mental health conditions.

My goal is to provide care that is both clinically sound and genuinely helpful in day-to-day life.

My approach to therapy

I believe mental health care should feel approachable, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful – not rushed or impersonal.

In my work, I focus on creating a space where you can speak openly, feel understood, and make real progress toward feeling better. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or other challenges, my goal is to help you gain clarity and feel more in control of your mental health.

My approach is straightforward and collaborative. I value clear communication, practical solutions, and taking the time to get to know you as a person – not just your symptoms.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to create a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable discussing your mental health concerns. We will take time to explore your current symptoms, personal history, previous treatment experiences, and goals for care. Together, we will develop an individualized treatment plan that reflects your needs and preferences. This may include discussing medication options, lifestyle factors, and other evidence-based approaches to improving your mental health. I believe in a collaborative approach to treatment, where your concerns are heard, your questions are encouraged, and you play an active role in decisions about your care.
