Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist who works primarily with adults who have spent much of their lives being responsible, capable, and emotionally available to others. My training is grounded in relational, attachment-based, and trauma-informed approaches, and my work has consistently drawn me to people who are outwardly high-functioning but quietly exhausted.

I often work with leaders, helpers, and first-generation professionals navigating burnout, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship patterns shaped by over-responsibility and weak boundaries. My style is calm, steady, and non-rushed. Therapy with me is a place to slow down, let go of constant self-management, and experience support without having to earn it.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, steady, and paced. I focus on understanding the patterns that developed from taking on too much responsibility early in life and how those patterns show up now in work, relationships, and stress. Rather than rushing to fix or optimize, we slow things down so you can step out of constant self-management, set boundaries with less guilt, and experience support without having to perform.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a steady, low-pressure conversation focused on understanding what you’ve been carrying and what brings you to therapy now. We won’t rush to labels or solutions. Instead, we’ll talk about patterns in work, relationships, and responsibility, and what you’re hoping for from therapy. You don’t need to perform insight or have everything figured out—this first session is about getting oriented and seeing if the pace and approach feel right for you.
