Great to meet you!

Navigating relationship friction, intense anxiety, or major life changes can leave you feeling exhausted and disconnected. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor holding a Master’s degree from Liberty University, with over 20 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families regain clarity and emotional balance through church and license.

My practice specializes in relationship and marital counseling, family dynamics, cultural identity, and stress/anxiety management. Whether you are working through communication breakdowns with a partner, untangling family conflict, or feeling overwhelmed by pressure at work and home, I provide an intentional space where you are genuinely heard, respected, and equipped to move forward.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it is warm, collaborative, and focused on real-world solutions. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I integrate evidence-based frameworks—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Gottman method principles.

In sessions, we will look closely at the communication patterns, thoughts, and emotional cycles that keep you feeling stuck. Together, we’ll turn deep self-awareness into practical tools you can immediately use outside our sessions to build stronger relationships and healthier daily habits.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a welcoming, zero-judgment conversation focused entirely on your story. We’ll discuss what brought you to therapy, clarify what you want your life and relationships to look like, and identify immediate priorities. You’ll leave our first meeting with a clear sense of how we will work together and practical next steps toward meaningful, lasting change.
