Great to meet you!

I believe meaningful healing happens when we care for the whole person—heart, soul, mind, and strength. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide a compassionate, supportive space where clients can explore challenges, develop healthy coping skills, and move toward greater emotional and mental well-being. My approach integrates evidence-based practices with a holistic perspective, and for clients who desire it, I incorporate Christian faith and biblical principles into the therapeutic process. My goal is to help each person recognize their strengths, find hope, and become the healthiest version of themselves.

My approach to therapy

I work collaboratively with clients in a safe, supportive environment, where they can explore their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, relationships, faith, and sense of identity.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help clients gain greater self-awareness, strengthen their sense of identity and purpose, and develop practical tools that support lasting growth and well-being.
