Great to meet you!

I’m a seasoned therapist, minister, and educator who supports clients navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and challenges with anger or emotional regulation. I believe therapy is a space for honest self-exploration, healing, and meaningful personal growth. My goal is to meet you with compassion and curiosity while creating a safe, supportive environment where you can better understand yourself, work through painful experiences, and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. I draw from EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), DBT, and Motivational Interviewing to help you process difficult experiences, understand emotional patterns, and develop healthier ways of coping. I believe meaningful change comes from understanding yourself more deeply while also gaining practical tools you can carry into everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and understand what has brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing, what feels most important to address, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You can expect a warm, open space without pressure or judgment. Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals and create a path forward that feels supportive, realistic, and meaningful.
