Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. My background includes extensive work with military populations, trauma, and high-stress environments, which has shaped my approach to be both compassionate and practical.

I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, and life transitions. I also have experience supporting individuals navigating complex stressors such as relationship challenges, identity development, and the impact of high-demand careers. My work is grounded in helping clients better understand themselves, build emotional resilience, and develop tools that create lasting change.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered. I integrate evidence-based practices while tailoring each session to meet your unique needs and goals. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can be honest, challenged in a supportive way, and empowered to grow.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking to better understand yourself, I aim to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I work alongside clients to better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns, while developing practical strategies that can be applied in everyday life.

I integrate approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and elements of mindfulness and emotional regulation. My work is especially focused on trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, and the impact of chronic stress.

I tend to be both supportive and direct. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you are heard and understood, but also gently challenged when needed to support growth and meaningful change. Together, we focus not only on insight, but on building skills that help you navigate life more effectively outside of sessions.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a structured but comfortable conversation focused on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll review your current concerns, relevant history, and what you’re hoping to get out of our work together.

My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and not rushed. You don’t need to have everything figured out—this is a starting point.

By the end of the session, we will typically begin identifying initial goals and areas of focus. I’ll also share how I work and collaborate with you to develop a plan that feels realistic and aligned with your needs.
