Great to meet you!

Aloha! I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions that can feel overwhelming or isolating. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck in cycles of overthinking, struggling with low self-esteem, or unsure how to manage intense emotions. You may be experiencing persistent worry, panic attacks, mood swings, irritability, burnout, grief, difficulty sleeping, or conflict in important relationships.

I provide a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore what’s contributing to your emotional distress. My goal is to help you gain clarity about your patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop practical coping strategies so you can feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your mental health.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and person-centered care. Together, we will explore how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected — particularly in patterns related to anxiety, depression, trauma responses, and relationship stress.

Using CBT, we work to identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to anxiety and low mood. Mindfulness techniques help reduce emotional overwhelm and improve stress management. Throughout our work together, I focus on building resilience, improving communication skills, and strengthening healthy coping strategies that support meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on understanding what brings you to therapy and what symptoms or concerns are most impacting your life. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depressive symptoms, trauma-related stress, relationship difficulties, grief, or major life transitions, this is a safe and welcoming space to share openly and honestly.

Together, we will clarify your goals and begin outlining a personalized treatment plan that reflects your needs and priorities. My intention is for you to leave feeling heard, validated, and hopeful about the direction of our work together.
