Great to meet you!
I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker in Michigan providing telehealth and in-person therapy for adults. Many of the people I work with feel chronically overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or frustrated with themselves. This comes especially after years of being told they “just have anxiety” or need to try harder. They may function well on the outside while feeling scattered, burned out, emotionally flat, or stuck in familiar cycles.
I earned my Master of Social Work from Wayne State University in 2019 and have experience working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma-related concerns. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in helping clients understand how their nervous system, past experiences, and daily stressors interact. Therapy with me focuses on building insight, practical skills, and self-compassion rather than quick fixes or pressure to “get it right.”
I primarily work with adults who want a supportive, non-judgmental space to slow things down, make sense of patterns, and move forward in a way that feels sustainable and aligned with their lives.
