Great to meet you!

As a licensed social worker, I take an enthusiastic and dynamic approach with my clients to ensure they feel supported throughout their journey. I have 8 years of experience with children and teens and have expanded my practice to include adults. I am passionate about creating a safe supportive place where clients feel heard, empowered and encouraged to grow.

My approach to therapy

Individualized care is important to me. With my younger clients, I enjoy creating sessions that are fun, engaging, and empowering, while helping build lifelong skills. With adults or older teens, I focus on creating a collaborative environment where open communication supports growth and progress towards personal goals. I believe therapy can be both meaningful and enjoyable, and I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves.

What you can expect from me

The introductory session can sometimes feel scary and overwhelming, but I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable to share their story and personal goals. Building rapport and trust is very important to me , and I want each client to feel heard, supported and safe throughout the process. From there, we will work together to build on strengths, develop skills and create meaningful progress towards personal goals.
